FAQ

You have questions. We have answers.

What should I do to prepare for EUDR requirements? +

Start by organizing property data, delimiting plots and gathering environmental and registration information that demonstrates soy origin. Armadillo EUDR Data consolidates it as a Digital Plot and Production Identity in a traceable dossier.

My property is compliant. Is that enough for buyers? +

Property compliance does not replace the need to demonstrate production origin and compliance, including the absence of deforestation after 31 December 2020. The platform organizes data and documents the evidence.

How do buyers integrate platform data into their systems? +

Data is provided in JSON through an API for integration with buyer systems and applications. Access can also use a QR Code under authentication and authorization rules.

Does the platform issue invoices or Due Diligence Statements? +

No. The platform organizes and provides data so buyers can continue their procedures. Tax documents and regulatory declarations remain the responsibility of the relevant operators.

How can several producers be prepared to meet buyer requirements? +

The platform structures producer, property and plot identities in a format that facilitates queries and sharing. Cooperatives and associations can contract deployments for their members.

Is there still time, or should we start immediately? +

Application for large and medium-sized operators starts on 30 December 2026. Because preparation involves documents, geographic analysis, validation and buyer integration, starting now reduces last-minute risk.
